How do I join?

If you are eligible for our program through your health plan, you're already a participant! That means you will receive health education resources through texts, email, mail, and phone calls from our care team. If you'd like to talk to one of our care team members, all you have to do is call the number - (410) 348-1905.

Is it free?

Yes, if you are eligible for the program through your health plan, it's 100% free!

Can I opt out?

Yes, you can! Call us and we’ll make sure you stop receiving our materials. But remember, we're always here for you if you change your mind or need help in the future.

What if I need help with the Spotlight app?

Don't worry! You can always call us if you ever need help with the Spotlight app. We have friendly people ready to assist you 9am-6.30pm Monday - Friday ET. We're here to ensure you have a great experience using the app, so don't hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.

What happens after the program?

After you start the program, you'll have access to the app for a whole year. During that time, we'll be here to support you. We'll connect you to the resources you need and help you with your medication and health goals. You won't be alone on your journey to better health. We'll be right there with you every step of the way!

How do I know if I am eligible?

Your eligibility depends on the health plan you have. Some health plans cover our program, and some might not. Call us to find out!

Will there be rewards?

The rewards you can get depend on your health plan. Some health plans offer vouchers or special perks as rewards for staying healthy and using our program. It's like a bonus for taking care of yourself! To find out what rewards you can get, call us. It's a nice way to make staying healthy even more fun!

How often will I be contacted?

We like to stay in touch to make sure you're doing great! You might get calls, emails, postcards, and SMS messages from us monthly. We'll check in on you and share helpful tips to keep you on the right track. But here's the cool part: when you're using the app, you can get as much support and guidance from our team as you want! So, you're in control, and we're here whenever you need us.

What will the health coach help me with?

A health coach can help you stay on track with your medications and health. They can connect you to resources to improve your health and ensure you always have your medications. They also give you support, motivation, and advice on when you should see the doctor for check-ups. They're there to ensure you stay healthy and take care of yourself!

What is a daily check-in?

If you want extra support in taking your medications, you can start doing daily check-ins. A daily check-in is like a quick health chat with your care team! You'll send us a video of yourself taking your medications, and our health coach and nurse will send messages back to you with words of encouragement, support, and health tips. This happens every day for 60 days, so we can ensure you're doing well and help if you need anything. It's like having a health buddy with you every day!

What if I miss a few days of medication?

That's okay! We understand that staying on track with your medications can be hard. Call us or connect with your care team on the Spotlight app. Let us know about the problems that keep you from taking your medications, and we'll help you solve them!

How does Scene work with my provider?

If we need to share something important with your provider or your health plan, we can send the information to them directly. If you need help with how to get the most out of your visits with your provider, we can help you plan!

What will happen when I talk to a Scene pharmacist?

When you connect with a Scene pharmacist, they will review your medications with you, ensure you're taking them correctly, and answer any of your questions. A summary of your conversation with the pharmacists will be mailed to you. If the Scene pharmacist has recommendations for any medication changes or tests you may need, they will fax the recommendations to your provider.
