Plan ahead for your medications

The holiday season is coming, and we all know it can get busy - medication can be the last thing on your mind. There are parties, family gatherings, and travel plans. It's easy to forget about your medications. Here are some tips to keep you healthy during this busy time. If you know you’ll be busy or are traveling, make sure you have enough of your medications. Double-check your supply to stay healthy.

Call your pharmacy in advance

Pharmacists are there to help you. They'll make sure you have everything you need to enjoy the holiday season without worries. The holiday season often means changes in your daily routine. To avoid missing your medications, set up reminders. You can use your phone or even ask a helpful family member to remind you when it's time to take your medications. Set up reminders

By refilling your medications early and setting up reminders, you'll have one less thing to stress about during the holiday season. Stay healthy and make the most of this wonderful time of the year!
